About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol in NASHVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet tools to document activities. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Complete accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
