As a Security Officer Patrol in Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be able to ride a bike.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Being able to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, security-related concerns, and/or maintenance issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assist with screening or visitor processing as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized access attempts.
  • Support routine operations by preparing reports, maintaining activity logs, and following post orders related to public-facing facilities and utility-related locations.
