Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, report concerns, and deliver strong customer service and communication to employees and visitors. Requirements

• Have 6+ months of security experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Control entry and exit by verifying identification, directing visitors, managing badges and/or passes, and documenting deliveries, contractors, and vehicle traffic per site requirements.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, complete routine reporting and shift logs, and escalate maintenance and/or security-related concerns through the established chain of command.
