As a Security Officer Patrol in Clyde, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support orderly communication with site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, observe site activity, and report unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or operational irregularities according to post instructions.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to patrol activities, incidents, and/or daily observations, while following Allied Universal standards and location procedures.
