Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Support access control, visitor processing, and after-hours coverage needs while adapting to changing conditions and priorities across the location.
