As a Security Officer Full Time Spanish Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial work areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
  • Observe and report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and suspicious activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
