About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and help support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for staff, guests, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with location guidelines.
Support daily operations by documenting activities, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
