Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a luxury retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store associates by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related policies throughout the retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and/or escalate concerns to management, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related events, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with post instructions.
- Support opening and closing activities, assist with crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide a visible presence that helps to promote order within the location.
