As a Security Officer Patrol Risk Assessment in Catoosa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate construction location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations promptly. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. Requirements

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Walk / stand long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate construction location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building perimeter, parking areas, construction access points, and common areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel according to site-specific procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts as required.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
