Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.
Nice To Haves
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Support closing and opening activities, observe ATM and customer-facing areas for irregular activity, and provide visible presence to help to deter disruptions and assist with orderly operations.
