As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Tablet Reporting in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, assist customers and employees with professionalism, and communicate observations clearly. Requirements

Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report suspicious activity, potential loss-prevention concerns, and other security-related issues according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
Assist with access control, customer and employee directions, and maintenance of a professional presence throughout the location.
