As a Security Officer Patrol in Morrisville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, and deliveries, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting site policies for restricted areas and materials movement.
• Observe facility operations and surroundings for equipment issues, trespassing, property damage, and/or policy violations, then communicate findings through required reports and shift handoff notes.
