As a Security Officer Driving Patrol in Wauwatosa, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, drive between assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and business location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity involving employees, visitors, and/or contractors, following post orders for credential checks, visitor processing, and restricted area access.
  • Support loss prevention and facility operations by observing loading, shipping, receiving, and vehicle-related areas for policy compliance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
