Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, and support a professional visitor experience. You will remain visible, perform routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through strong communication and attention to detail. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, credential checks, and/or other security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors, helping to support authorized access to the location in accordance with post instructions.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations, concerns, and/or unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production-related areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Maintain accurate activity logs, access records, and incident documentation, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and/or operational issues.
