About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Mountain Home, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and support security-related operations with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly operations and security-related awareness.
  • Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and follow post orders for alarms, disturbances, medical events, and other service-related situations.
