Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to site leadership and/or local emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, guest-facing areas, hallways, parking areas, amenities, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe arrivals and departures, and document security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal and location procedures.
• Support a welcoming atmosphere by providing directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or unauthorized access in a timely manner.
