As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Pattison, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading automotive location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also provide outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter points, to help identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies, helping to support authorized access and orderly traffic flow.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and follow site-specific protocols for escalations and incident reporting.
