As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Miami, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, construction zones, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
  • Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate observations or maintenance concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
