As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Biloxi, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As a Patrol Officer at an education location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an educational location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, offering directions and assistance to students, staff, and visitors as needed.
• Support campus operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel according to post instructions.
