Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and security-related dispatch activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and maintenance or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communication systems, cameras, and alarm notifications; document incidents, dispatches, and follow-up actions in required logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate communication with site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing location and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, or facility issues.
