As a Security Officer Bilingual Vehicle Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Requirements

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including the facility exterior, perimeter, parking areas, entry points, and shipping/receiving locations.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, property damage, and other security-related concerns through a visible patrol presence and timely reporting.
