Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and assigned security-related duties throughout the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify concerns and/or unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate observations that could impact personnel, property, and/or business operations.
