As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report access-control concerns in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities.
  • Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
