As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and deliveries, following site protocols for access control, credential checks, and visitor processing.
  • Support facility operations by communicating clearly with staff and visitors, assisting with directions and site information, and following post orders for routine and after-hours coverage.
