As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. At a chemical and petrochemical location, Security Officers conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. This driving post offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that works with integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of chemical processing areas, buildings, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter, noting and reporting unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
