About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Specialist in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a dynamic property location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring reliability, integrity, and teamwork to each shift while helping create a welcoming environment through responsive, people-first service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete routine reports and communicate relevant information related to daily activities and/or incidents.
