As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-profile aero and defense location, you will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. This is a driving post, so you will use a vehicle to complete rounds and respond to calls for service. Requirements

• Active DoD TS‐SCI Clearance is required.
• 21+ Years of Age is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• State, County, or City Issued Security License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of office, production and/or restricted areas, including exterior perimeter checks, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns and/or suspicious behavior according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Complete routine reports and shift logs, including patrol documentation, incident reports and/or visitor and vehicle activity records, using required systems and communication tools.
