You will conduct routine vehicle patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. Using teamwork, integrity, and an agile mindset, you will support site operations with professional reporting and the ability to meet AU driver policy requirements.

Requirements

• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Support access control by verifying identification and/or credentials, monitoring entry points, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel and visitors to proper check-in areas.
• Document and report security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns using required logs and/or reporting systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership.
