About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Rover in Hainesport, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Allied Universal officer at a fast-paced logistics location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, with duties that support security-related operations through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Help to deter loss, disruption, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and drivers.
