Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with AU driver policy requirements. You will also deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an automotive location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including parking areas, entrances, showrooms, service drive areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or unusual behavior.
Monitor access points and observe site activity to help identify unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, while following post orders and escalation procedures.
Support daily operations by assisting with traffic and visitor flow, maintaining a visible presence, and communicating professionally with staff and guests regarding site rules and security-related concerns.
