About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Response in Gurdon, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help follow site policies related to restricted access areas and deliveries.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate important updates during shift changes and with Allied Universal leadership.
