As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Lead in Tomahawk, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at an automotive location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support shift operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of site conditions, and following Allied Universal and client-directed post orders.
