As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing clear directions and maintaining accurate activity reports.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol findings, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
