As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Documentation in Texas City, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, process areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
