As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Badge Check in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic location where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing conditions and reporting unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
