As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Alexandria, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with a people-first approach, working as part of a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points, as permitted by site policy.
  • Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or operational concerns, and help to deter disruptions through visible presence and timely communication.
  • Support badge or visitor verification, vehicle and/or truck entry observations, and other assigned post duties within a food and beverage location while following Allied Universal and site procedures.
