As a Security Officer Patrol Badge Control in Swedesboro, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter zones, while helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, reporting concerns promptly through established site procedures.
• Support daily operations by assisting with visitor directions, access control activities, and routine security-related checks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
