Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior and exterior of the location, including business areas, entrances, lobbies, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding visitors, deliveries, and/or after-hours access requests.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel by following post orders, observing conditions that may require attention, and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues.
