As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document observations using computer or tablet systems. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, while maintaining professional interactions with visitors and personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
