Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will help to identify and report security-related concerns while representing a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and people first, with integrity at the center of every interaction.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and help to verify that only authorized personnel and/or approved visitors enter restricted areas, following posted instructions and established site procedures.
• Observe site conditions and report maintenance concerns, hazards, spills, and/or operational issues that could impact personnel, visitors, or daily operations.
