Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers at a logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, issue access badges as authorized, and communicate access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, while documenting security-related observations.
