Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare-related manufacturing environment.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements; maintain accurate access and incident records.
Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, or policy violations to designated site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
