As a Security Officer - Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • You must be 21+ years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A guard card or is required.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters according to site expectations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and vendor access when required, and help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted or private areas.
  • Support a professional residential atmosphere by providing directions, answering questions, and communicating with property management and/or local first responders when needed.
