As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or access-control concerns to site leadership.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and site-specific procedures.
  • Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
