Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and communication systems; document activity and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with onsite personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, shift records, and other required documentation while protecting confidential information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
