You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and site personnel. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-area access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, policy concerns, and shift activity.
