Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a chemical and petrochemical location.
Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate the timely routing of officers and/or emergency personnel to reported situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear radio and telephone communication and relaying updates to site contacts and field personnel.
Maintain activity logs, incident records, and dispatch reports, helping to support accurate documentation of security-related events, access concerns, and/or operational disruptions.
Conduct regular and random patrol support through dispatch oversight of the business and perimeter, helping to monitor officer status, track assignments, and communicate changing conditions across the location.
