Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by handling calls, radio traffic, and dispatch communications in support of site-specific procedures and security-related activities.
Monitor alarms, cameras, phone lines, and other communication systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Dispatch appropriate personnel to utility location needs, document incidents and service requests, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and related records.
Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and coordinated field communication around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
