Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel using established communication protocols.
• Monitor access control, camera, alarm, and communication systems; document activity and promptly report unusual conditions or equipment concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
