Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Experience using alarm panels is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access at the front desk, greet visitors, verify credentials as directed and maintain visitor records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Receive calls, provide information and direct visitors, employees and deliveries to appropriate locations.
Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
